Review: Wallpaper Wizard
I’m always on the lookout for new and easy ways to customize the desktop whether it is Mac or PC based. I came across this app while just browsing through the Mac App Store, and downloaded the free lite version. After a few minutes I promptly purchased the full version and here we are.
There are some awesome sites out there where you can find great looking wallpapers for your computer, but you have to take the time to look for them. The big advantage to Wallpaper Wizard is that it does all the hard work for you. Once installed and your account setup, you now have access to thousands and thousands of HD wallpapers. They are organized into categories, and to be honest there are just too many to list and it covers nearly every type of wallpaper you could think of. My personal favorites are always scenery or nature of some sort, and there is no shortage of these available. Just click to add categories to your selection, and Wallpaper Wizard will use those for your desktop backgrounds. Wallpapers will be changed at certain intervals of your choosing. Everything from 5 minutes or up to changing every day. If you have images you want to use, you can also upload your images to be included into the rotation

If you are looking for a way to have fresh wallpapers on your Mac desktop, then look no further. There is a Lite version you can check out, and I’m sure you will upgrade just as quickly as I did! The only thing I would like to see addressed is an option not to have the dock icon running, but that’s just a minor gripe of mine. Wallpaper Wizard is focused on what it does best – changing wallpapers – and excels at giving you more than enough choices to give you an almost unlimited amount of backgrounds to choose from.
