If you are a public sector developer looking to develop a Windows Phone app for the public sector then you can get your hands on a free device from Microsoft.

They are offering two options:

1. Government Developer: You can request a device (as a loaner) for one month – after which you must return it.
2. Non-Government Developer: If you publish the public sector app to marketplace we’ll let you keep the device to build more apps. Otherwise, option 1 applies.
