Divine Elemente is an application that lets you take your PhotoShop .PSD files and convert them to either HTML or as a WordPress theme. I have tried several apps for this purpose and can say that Divine Elemente is the easiest and most functional to use.
They released the 0.9.2 update:

its not working
css file is missing .. this error is occurring :s can anyone help?
Hi ZunishAs we have already emailed you, themes made with Divine Elemente contain additional WordPress plugins: that’s why it is impossible to upload them using standard Worpdress uploading feature.You need to upload your theme with Divine Elemente uploading function, or using third-party FTP client (you need to copy content of the local “/wp-content” folder into the “/wp-content” folder at your server).
