Ubisoft Uplay App for Windows Phone Released

Ubisoft has released a new Windows Phone app for its Uplay service.  This lets you connect to your Uplay account and take advantage of its features such as game rewards, game tips, account management, and more.


The Uplay app is free and can be downloaded from the Windows Phone Marketplace.
