I like to cook and I like to explore and find different recipes to make for my family.  There are so many sites and blogs out there with delicious recipes you almost have to have an app to keep them all saved and organized.  I’ve used several and never really found one I liked enough to keep.  Most were trying to do too much when all I was looking for was a simple way to collect and organize recipes.  I discovered Paprika a few months ago and have been using both the iPad app and the Mac version. Pinterest iOS App Gets Updated with Pinning Shortcuts

The Pinterest app for the iPhone and iPad was updated today with a new pinning shortcut feature.  By holding down any pin in the app, you then get a new menu which fans out giving you the ability to slide your finger to an icon.  From there you can pin, like, or send that pin with a quick action. People from all over buy lottery tickets with the dream their numbers will be picked and the stress of financial issues will be gone.  Well I can’t say I haven’t thought of that, and that brings us to a review of LotteryTicket for iOS.  This app has several features which will appeal to lottery fans, especially the main feature that you can enter/scan your lottery numbers into the app and you will be notified by either push notifications on the iPhone or via an e-mail alert telling you if you have won or not.  This is something that should appeal especially to people who buy multiple lottery tickets and are looking for an easier way to check them all. Microsoft has released a huge update for OneNote for iPhone and iPad users, and an update for Android devices.  OneNote is one of the best note-taking apps out there, and with versions for iOS, Windows Phone, Android, and Windows, it’s a tool you should seriously consider using if not already. Adobe Kuler Comes to iOS

Adobe Kuler has been an app that has been out there for a while.  There was a stand-alone Adobe AIR, and has been integrated more and more into the Creative Suite (now Creative Cloud) lineup.  After some recent previews, Adobe has released the iPhone version today. Kuler gives users the ability to take images from their iPhone and create color themes which can then be shared with others and synced to the Kuler website for use in other Creative Cloud applications.
